Methodology
Our Project Management methodology is a synthesis of home-grown common sensical approaches and extablished methodologies including Universal Modeling Language, PHPProjekt, and the Rapid Application Development approach.
We take the value of formal Project Management approaches and temper them with the lessons we have learned to create the right approach for each project. We focus on developing well thought-out, well tested, well structured, high impact developments, while maintaining cost effectiveness.
Tools
Alongside the traditional project management tools, we use archived email lists for all discussions and change control, BERT for ticket tracking during testing, a web-based emotional response tool for testing design prototypes, and we produce weekly reports - tracking progress, targets, and issues.
